This scientific article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of improving business
management efficiency and optimizing financial resources in the economy of Uzbekistan. The study
examines the development of corporate governance systems, digitalization of financial management,
enhancement of investment activity, and mechanisms for the efficient use of financial resources. The
current state of the business environment is assessed, key challenges are identified, and scientific
conclusions and practical recommendations are proposed.
