These theses address issues of improving the economic efficiency of management
mechanisms through the introduction of ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance)
principles in the industries of Uzbekistan. The study analyzed the possibilities of increasing
production efficiency based on the ESG approach by improving environmental safety, social
responsibility and the corporate governance system of enterprises. The economic benefits of
implementing ESG principles are also demonstrated - efficient use of resources, waste reduction,
implementation of energy-efficient technologies and strengthening brand credibility through
social projects.
