This article analyzes national and international practices of implementing ESG
(Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in industrial enterprises. It explores the
impact of ESG standards on industrial sectors, their integration practices, and their role in
investment attractiveness. Furthermore, based on leading international experience, the potential
for applying ESG in Uzbekistan's industrial enterprises is evaluated.
