This article analyzes the system of industrial clusters as a strategic direction for
enhancing national industrial potential. The author highlights the opportunities for introducing
innovations, strengthening cooperation, and expanding the value-added chain through industrial
clusters. In addition, based on the experience of developed countries, recommendations are
provided for adapting industrial cluster models to the national economy.
