In the context of global environmental challenges and the need for sustainable
development, green investments are becoming an important tool for modernizing and enhancing
the competitiveness of public companies. This article analyzes the impact of green investments on
public companies' operations, including access to affordable financing through green bonds,
improving corporate image, reducing operational and regulatory risks, and stimulating innovative
development. The study draws on modern theoretical approaches and empirical data to assess
how the integration of environmentally friendly technologies and ESG principles contributes to
improved financial performance and sustainability. The results demonstrate that the use of green
investments can be a strategic advantage for public companies in the face of stricter
environmental standards and rising investor expectations.
