The article analyzes the essence of the digital economy, the problems of
experience, international experience and methods of attracting investments in the practice of
Uzbekistan. The article studies the digital infrastructure, computing, digital transformation, tax
and customs regimes, innovation ecosystem, management tools for startups and macroeconomic
impact indicators. The problems of investments in the computer economy by 2030, business
management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and guidelines for computer science are
highlighted.
