This article discusses the issues of increasing environmental efficiency through the
introduction of digital technologies in industrial sectors. In recent years, digital transformation
processes in the industry of Uzbekistan have been accelerating, achieving significant results in the
areas of automation of production processes, efficient use of resources, and waste reduction. The
article analyzes environmental efficiency indicators for 2022–2024 and shows the role of digital
technologies in the transition to the “green industry” model based on practical examples. Also,
the theoretical and practical foundations of the introduction of environmental innovations in
industry are analyzed based on the scientific ideas put forward by local scientists - I. Tokhtayev,
M. Gulyamov, and N. Abdurakhmonova. At the end of the article, proposals and recommendations
are developed to further increase the environmental efficiency of industrial enterprises based on
digital technologies.
