This paper analyzes the performance of Python, C++, and Java programming
languages for performing matrix operations. The main matrix operations, such as matrix addition,
multiplication, finding the inverse, and calculating the determinant, are examined in each
programming language. Performance, execution time, resource consumption, and processing
speed are compared. The fastest and most efficient results were obtained using Python with the
NumPy library, while C++ and Java also achieved high performance, though requiring additional
optimizations. The study highlights the strengths of each programming language for matrix
operations and provides recommendations for future research.
