This article analyzes the adaptation process of local manufacturers in
Uzbekistan to international standards, particularly the ISO 9001:2015 quality management
system. Using TQM, PDCA, and SWOT approaches, the study identifies current achievements,
opportunities, and sustainable strategic solutions. Findings indicate that deep integration of the
ISO system significantly enhances quality, export capacity, and managerial efficiency. The author
emphasizes the importance of digital technologies, quality culture, and international cooperation
in facilitating effective adaptation.
