This article develops a comprehensive methodology for assessing the impact
of the level of digital technology use on the investment attractiveness of enterprises. The relevance
of the study lies in the fact that, in practice, investment attractiveness is often evaluated mainly
through financial indicators; however, such factors as the enterprise’s digital maturity, the
coverage of technologies across business functions, data-driven management, cybersecurity, the
institutional environment, and the level of use of digital government services are not sufficiently
integrated.
