This article analyzes modern mechanisms for ensuring gender equality in industrial enterprises of Uzbekistan and their digital monitoring systems. The study reveals the importance of HR analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), electronic KPI systems and digital management platforms in monitoring gender indicators in enterprises. Also, proposals have been developed to improve the efficiency of enterprise management based on gender equality indicators.
