This article presents a deep analysis of Electronic Assessment
Systems (E-Assessment Platforms) used for automating personnel evaluation
and development processes in modern organizations. The research is based on
47 international sources and compares E-Assessment platforms implemented in
12 major organizations worldwide. The study examines core functionality,
advantages, limitations, implementation challenges in the Uzbek context, and
quantitative indicators of their impact on workforce performance. Results
indicate that properly implemented E-Assessment systems can improve the
quality of personnel evaluation by 42% and reduce HR costs by 31%.
