This article presents a systematic analysis of an alternative
paradigm for ensuring economic growth amid globalization and rapid climate
change — the "green" economy and its mutually synergistic integration with
digital technologies. In the course of the research, the impact of digitalization
mechanisms on increasing energy efficiency, resource conservation, and
ecological sustainability was studied using institutional and empirical
approaches. The article develops comprehensive practical proposals for the
implementation of "Digital Twins," artificial intelligence, and blockchain
technologies within the framework of technological modernization of
Uzbekistan’s economy. The main conclusions provide a scientific justification for
the need to view ecological and digital factors as an integrated system in the
formation of macroeconomic policy.
