This article analyzes the management of technical and labor optimal cost strategies, strategic management concepts, cost analysis, and
methods of cost control. Special attention is given to the study of scientific works
by domestic and foreign authors dedicated to this topic, as well as monographs,
articles, statistical data, reports of international organizations, and advanced
practices applied in real-world settings. Based on the analysis of their content
and scientific approaches, it is considered appropriate to develop scientific
proposals and practical recommendations.
