В данной статье проведён анализ управления
техническими и трудовыми ресурсами предприятия, рассмотрены
экономические теории, стратегические концепции управления, методы
анализа и управления затратами. Особое внимание уделено изучению
научных трудов отечественных и зарубежных авторов, непосредственно
связанных с темой исследования, а также монографий, статей,
статистических данных, отчётов международных организаций и
передового опыта, применяемого на практике. На основе анализа их
содержания и научных подходов разработаны научные предложения и
практические рекомендации, что представляется целесообразным.
