This article analyzes innovative solutions of artificial intelligence
in management activities and their importance in the management system.
During the study, the possibilities of artificial intelligence technologies in
strategic management, financial analysis, marketing, logistics and human
resources management were studied. The role of automated systems based on
artificial intelligence in increasing the efficiency of organizational activities,
accelerating the decision-making process and optimizing costs was also
highlighted. The results of the study show that artificial intelligence technologies
are an important innovative tool in the modern management system.
