This article analyzes the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social,
Governance) factors on corporate financial efficiency. The study examines how
ensuring environmental sustainability in companies, strengthening social
responsibility, and implementing an effective corporate governance system
affect financial results. It is substantiated that enterprises adhering to ESG
principles have advantages in terms of investment attractiveness, access to
capital, risk management level, and long-term sustainable development
indicators.
