The purpose of the study is to analyze the process of restructuring the
employment system in the Republic of Uzbekistan and assess the effectiveness of ongoing
institutional reforms. New institutional mechanisms have been created: a digital platform
"Mehnat.uz ", regional vocational retraining centers, a system of public-private partnership in the
field of employment. The reform of the employment system in Uzbekistan demonstrates positive
dynamics, but requires further improvement of professional training mechanisms and the
development of digital infrastructure to achieve sustainable development goals.
