significantly affects employment structure and qualification requirements. The article examines
the main changes occurring in the labor market under digitalization, as well as their impact on
professions, qualification requirements, and forms of employment. Special attention is paid to
challenges related to automation of work processes, the need for retraining workers, and social
aspects of the digital economy such as flexible employment and digital inequality.
