Abstract

This article analyzes the possibilities of using artificial
intelligence and deep learning algorithms for the automatic detection of diseases
based on eye images. In the study, transfer learning technology based on the EfficientNetB3 architecture was applied, achieving high efficiency in detecting
eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and cataracts. The dataset,
preprocessing, data augmentation, model architecture, and evaluation metrics
are thoroughly covered in the article. The research results indicate that the
proposed model holds high prospects for application in medical practice.
