This article proposes a comprehensive model for improving management processes based on a systematic analysis of the current state of food industry enterprises in Uzbekistan, in particular, the Crafers confectionery production enterprise. The research used the methods of systematic analysis, SWOT analysis, economic and mathematical modeling and expert assessment. The results obtained show that the management model, formed on the basis of Agile/Lean methodology and modern ERP system integration, allows reducing decision-making time by 83% and production costs by 18%. The scientific novelty of the article is that it is the first scientifically substantiated proposal of an integrated management system model that takes into account institutional, technological and human factors specific to the Uzbek food industry.
