This article analyzes the development processes of the digital
economy in Uzbekistan and the impact of IT technologies on economic efficiency.
It examines the opportunities for increasing production efficiency, improving
service quality, and creating new jobs through the introduction of digital
technologies into economic sectors. Furthermore, the importance of developing
digital infrastructure, supporting innovative projects, and utilizing modern
information technologies in the country is highlighted. The research results
substantiate the role of the digital economy in ensuring sustainable economic
growth and identify IT technologies as a crucial factor in enhancing economic
efficiency.
