This article provides a scientific analysis of the role and significance of economic
diversification in the sustainable development of the food products market. The study examines the
recent economic reforms implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring food
security and increasing export potential, as well as analyzes the country’s diversification policy
based on statistical data.
