ФИНАНСОВОЕ ОЗДОРОВЛЕНИЕ И СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ ФИНАНСИРОВАНИЯ АГРОБИЗНЕСА КАК ФАКТОР УСТОЙЧИВОГО ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО РАЗВИТИЯ И СОКРАЩЕНИЯ БЕДНОСТИ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Abstract

The article examines the causes of insolvency of agribusiness entities and analyzes
the results of their financial recovery in Uzbekistan for the period 2020-2025. It was established
that the main reasons for insolvency are the misuse of financial resources, the growth of debt
burden, a decrease in profitability, the deterioration of the material and technical base,
unfavorable natural and climatic conditions, as well as social and personnel problems.
Based on statistical data, it was revealed that during the period under review, the number of
insolvent enterprises decreased from 148 to 98 (33.7%), the number of rehabilitated enterprises
increased from 52 to 85 (63.4%), and the number of those who restored their solvency more than
doubled. This testifies to the effectiveness of the ongoing reforms and state support measures for
the agricultural sector.
The work emphasizes that the financial recovery and improvement of the agribusiness
financing system are interconnected processes that contribute to the sustainable development of
agriculture, increasing employment, and reducing poverty. Special attention was paid to the role
of state programs, the development of financing mechanisms, the creation of specialized funds,
and the improvement of legal and institutional mechanisms for rehabilitation.
The research results confirm that the comprehensive application of financial recovery tools
and the improvement of the agricultural lending system allows for strengthening the financial
stability of enterprises, increasing their competitiveness, and ensuring long-term economic growth
in rural areas.
