This study examines the main directions of financial resource diversification and
methods for their implementation in practice. In conditions of capital shortage, diversification is a
necessary tool for companies, through which they can reduce risks and effectively manage their
financial resources. The study analyzes different types of financial diversification - horizontal,
vertical, financial and geographical diversification. It also provides practical recommendations
on strategies and methods that companies can use in the diversification process, such as using
capital markets, searching for new markets and creating risk management systems. This work
shows the importance of financial resource diversification, especially in developing countries, and
provides guidance to companies on how to successfully implement the diversification process.
