This article explores the key directions in the transformation of industrial policy
amid global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical instability, and the
restructuring of global supply chains. Special attention is paid to the shift from the traditional
import substitution model to innovation-driven and sustainable development. The author analyzes
current trends including digital transformation, environmental priorities, the growing role of
strategic partnerships, and flexible foreign economic strategies. The study emphasizes the
importance of a comprehensive approach for enterprises to adapt to new conditions, highlighting
the role of green technologies, enhanced competitiveness, and human capital development.
