This article provides a scientific analysis of the issue of improving the motivation
system in human resource management in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The study is aimed at identifying ways to increase employee performance, taking into account management theories,
modern management approaches and HR-tech technologies. The effectiveness of material and
non-material incentives was studied using questionnaires, statistics, economic and econometric
analysis methods. The results showed that the modernization of the motivation system and the
introduction of modern management principles at Uzbek enterprises allow for a significant
increase in employee performance, and other issues are highlighted.
