The article analyzes modern technological trends – artificial intelligence (AI),
blockchain, digital state (e gov), fintech and digital infrastructure – and their impact on the
economy, business and society in Kazakhstan. The study shows that the active introduction of
technology contributes to productivity growth, increased transparency, improved quality of public
services and the development of human capital. At the same time, obstacles and risks such as
regulatory imperfections, digital inequality, and cybersecurity issues are being addressed. Based
on the collected data, recommendations are proposed for accelerated and "responsible"
technology implementation in key sectors of the economy.
