The article examines the problems and prospects of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the educational environment. The positive aspects of introducing AI technologies, such as an individual approach to teaching, reducing the workload of teachers, and expanding access to quality education, are considered. The main problems associated with legal, ethical, and
financial aspects, such as privacy violations, the risk of automatic discrimination, and the high cost of implementation, are highlighted. Measures are proposed to improve the integration of AI into education, including the development of relevant legislation, training teachers, and financial support for educational institutions. The research is interdisciplinary in nature and is aimed at determining the optimal ratio of traditional education and new technologies. The conclusions obtained will be of interest to researchers, educators, developers, and representatives of management in the field of education.
