MOTIVATING EMPLOYEES’ WORK IN ENTERPRISES

The article examines one of the most pressing problems of our time, such as
identifying ways to increase the motivation of employees at the enterprise, developing employees,
taking into account their professional and qualification profile, identifying their general and
additional needs, directing employees to achieve a specific goal, and also suggests ways to improve
methods of satisfaction with labor motivation. It should be noted that at the current stage of
economic development, the problem of planning, material incentives, and development of
employees working in enterprises and organizations, along with ensuring the personal interests
of employees, plays a special role in the country's economy.
