MOTIVATING EMPLOYEES’ WORK IN ENTERPRISES

В статье рассмотрена одна из наиболее актуальных проблем
современности – выявление путей усиления трудовой мотивации сотрудников в
предприятиях, развитие персонала, учет их профессиональной и квалификационной
структуры, определение общих и дополнительных потребностей, а также направление
работников на достижение конкретных целей. Предложены пути совершенствования
методов удовлетворенности трудовой мотивацией. Следует отметить, что на
современном этапе экономического развития вопросы планирования персонала в
предприятиях и организациях, материального стимулирования труда и развития кадров
играют особую роль не только в обеспечении личных интересов сотрудников, но и в
экономике страны.
