mehnat motivasiyasidan qoniqish usullarini takomillashtirish yo‘llari taklif etilgan. Ta'kidlash
lozimki, iqtisodiy rivojlanishning hozirgi bosqichida korxona va tashkilotlarda ishlovchi
xodimlarni rejalashtirish, mehnatni moddiy rag’batlantirish, rivojlantirish muammosi
xodimlarning shaxsiy manfaatlarini ta'minlash bilan bir qatorda mamlakat iqtisodiyotida alohida
rol o’ynaydi.
