Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of organizing engineering education based on the
requirements of Industry 4.0. The need for modernization of engineering education in the
conditions of the fourth stage of modern industrial development (Industry 4.0), its current tasks
and prospects are considered. The article covers the issues of introducing digital technologies,
artificial intelligence, IoT, big data and other innovative approaches into the engineering
education system. It also provides recommendations on the development of practical skills,
creative thinking and digital competencies in the training of specialists in the field of engineering.
The issues of introducing innovative pedagogical technologies into the educational process,
strengthening cooperation with manufacturing enterprises and using international experience
are also discussed.
