This article studies the influence of technological factors on the
electrical properties of RuO₂ alloyed composite resistors based on B34E leadsilicate
glass. The influence of RuO₂ concentration and annealing temperature on electrical resistance was experimentally analyzed. Based on the research results,
it was found that the resistance decreases exponentially with increasing RuO₂
content and the percolation threshold is in the range of pc ≈ 7–9 mass %. It was
also shown that an increase in annealing temperature significantly increases the
electrical conductivity due to the flow of the glass phase, improved interparticle
contact and diffusion processes. The results obtained expand the possibilities of
technological control of the electrical parameters of thick-film resistors.
