The article analyzes the significance of modern digital technologies in developing
management competencies of leadership personnel. The effectiveness of digital educational
platforms, artificial intelligence, virtual simulations, and mobile applications in enhancing
leadership qualifications is demonstrated. Research results prove that digital tools yield higher
outcomes compared to traditional training methods.
