Mazkur maqolada noto‘qima mato ishlab chiqarish uchun jun
tolalarini dastlabki qayta ishlash jarayonida qo‘llaniladigan cho‘tkali barabanli
qurilmaning ishlash prinsipi va nazariy asoslari tadqiq qilingan. Tola chiqish
noviga o‘rnatilgan cho‘tkali baraban yordamida jun tolalarining harakatlanishi,
kolosnikli panjara ustida sudralishi hamda mayda iflosliklardan tozalanish
jarayoni nazariy jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot davomida qiya nov burchagi,
cho‘tkali baraban diametri, aylanish tezligi va plankalar sonining tozalash
samaradorligiga ta’siri aniqlangan. Hisobiy natijalarga ko‘ra, novning 50° qiyalik
burchagi, 400 mm diametrli cho‘tkali baraban va 500–630 ayl/min aylanish
tezligi optimal texnologik parametrlar ekanligi asoslab berilgan. Taklif etilgan
konstruksiya tolalarning chigallashishini kamaytirish, qolgan mayda iflosliklarni
samarali ajratish hamda tolani keyingi texnologik bosqichga uzluksiz uzatishni
ta’minlaydi.
