Avtomatlashtirilgan buyumlarni saralovchi robotlar sohasidagi tadqiqotlar
sanoat jarayonlarining samaradorligini oshirish va xarajatlarni kamaytirish maqsadida muhim
ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Ushbu robotlar turli materiallar, shakl va o‘lchamdagi buyumlarni
yuqori aniqlik bilan tasniflash va saralash imkoniyatiga ega bo‘lib, sanoat ishlab chiqarish
liniyalarida inson omilini kamaytiradi hamda mahsulot sifatini yaxshilaydi. Zamonaviy tizimlar
odatda sun’iy intellekt, kompyuter ko‘rish texnologiyalari va sensor texnikasidan foydalanadi.
Ushbu texnologiyalar yordamida robotlar real vaqtda buyumlarning xususiyatlarini aniqlab,
ularni belgilangan mezonlarga ko‘ra guruhlashadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, bunday
avtomatlashtirilgan tizimlar mahsulotlarni saralash jarayonida xatoliklarni kamaytirib, ishlab
chiqarish samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. Kelajakda esa ushbu robotlar ko‘proq
moslashuvchanlikka ega bo‘lib, murakkab va ko‘p qirrali ishlab chiqarish jarayonlariga
integratsiya qilinishi kutilmoqda.
