Annotatsiya

Maqolada Times Higher Education (THE) va QS jahon universitetlari reytinglarining 2027-yilgi toʻliq maʼlumotlari asosida Oʻzbekiston oliy taʼlim tashkilotlarining natijalari tahlil qilingan. THE reytingidagi 3 146 ta va QS reytingidagi 1 504 ta tashkilot maʼlumotlari jahon va Qozogʻiston koʻrsatkichlari bilan solishtirilgan. Ikkala reytingda ham qatnashgan 1 116 ta tashkilot boʻyicha divergensiya indeksi hisoblangan: THE “Research quality” persentili va QS

“Citations per faculty” persentili oʻrtasidagi farq. Natijalarga koʻra, Oʻzbekiston universitetlarining “Research quality” boʻyicha medianasi 66,5 ballni tashkil etib, jahon medianasidan (53,3) yuqori, biroq “Research environment” boʻyicha 11,7 va QS “Citations per faculty” boʻyicha 1,9 ballga teng. Oʻzbekiston boʻyicha divergensiya medianasi 53,5 persentil punktni tashkil etib, 57 ta davlat orasida ikkinchi eng yuqori koʻrsatkichdir. THE reytingiga maʼlumot taqdim etgan 53 ta tashkilotdan 45 tasi “reporter” maqomini olgan. Maqola bitta maqolaga toʻgʻri keladigan iqtibos taʼsiri yuqori boʻlsa-da, nashrlar hajmi va ilmiy daromad past ekanini koʻrsatadi va milliy KPI tizimini professor-oʻqituvchiga toʻgʻri keladigan nashrlar soni hamda THE kirish mezoni tomon yoʻnaltirishni taklif etadi.
