The article explores the problem of developing informationconstructive competence in higher education students, particularly future
preschool education teachers, based on pedagogical design. The study highlights the content, forms, and methods of pedagogical technology developed through competency-based, systemic, and learner-centered approaches. The results of the experimental research demonstrated that the educational process organized on the basis of pedagogical design significantly improved students’ skills in working with information, constructive thinking, creating digital educational resources, and designing pedagogical activities.
