This article analyzes the application of artificial intelligence (SI), digital twin
(Digital Twin) and real-time systems (RVT) technologies in modeling the design and
construction processes of a complex of regionally networked highway engineering structures.
Modelling approaches to increasing the efficiency of construction processes, ensuring
environmental safety and rational use of resources based on green technologies will be
developed. The study proposes methods for detecting dynamic congestion of highways,
predicting traffic flow, and optimizing material consumption in the construction process in real
time. An AI-based analytics model allows for continuous monitoring of the condition of
engineering facilities and early detection of faults.
