This article analyzes the issues of labor resource management at industrial
enterprises, increasing their efficiency, and improving the HR management system using the
example of "Javel" LLC. Based on the research results, positive changes in the composition of the
enterprise's labor resources, the level of work time utilization, and employee stability were
identified, and practical recommendations were developed.
