Abstract

This study examines the impact of green human resource management on
organizational sustainability and improving the effectiveness of green workplaces in companies or
organizations focused on environmental sustainability and resource efficiency, often
incorporating traditional HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performance
management, adapted to promote environmentally friendly work practices. Companies use the
concept of green human resource management to recruit environmentally conscious employees,
train them in environmentally friendly work practices, and implement performance metrics that
reward environmental contributions, ultimately reducing company operating costs
